SunGard's Brokerage and Clearance business has put extensive effort into building a comprehensive automated test suite which covers end-to-end testing of a financial systems brokerage platform. Although the automated tests are specific to SunGard's Phase3 and peripheral products, the test cases and test data can be generically useful for any financial company that desires to embark on an automated testing venture. This partnership entails offering HP Software functional test products with an optional add-on library that includes utilizing the generic portions of SunGard's test case libraries and data.
Software Quality Assurance Automated Services
SunGard's Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Services is a suite of cost- saving offerings that can reduce manual effort and eliminate the human error aspect of SQA and data recovery related functions. The offering entails leveraging SQA's extensive test library data which consists of thousands of automated, financial services, end-to-end test cases. Used in conjunction with HP's Quality Center tools, this data can be used to drive scripts used to test financial services products. Or, SQA can customize a framework which will incorporate your financial institution's front and back end applications, as well as third-party interfaces, into our existing automation framework. Utilizing SunGard's existing test framework and library significantly reduces the time and cost associated with creating automated testing solutions and data recovery efforts.
